Owner Jax Civin has been in the real estate game in Perth for over 15 years and has renovated and “flipped” properties successfully both for herself and local investors over the period.
Being a fast-paced industry, Jax identified the crucial requirement for properties to be home staged prior to adding them into the marketplace. An interior designer by trade, Jax had identified her niche within the home staging and furniture for rent Perth marketplace.
Post having another child, Jax was forced to slow down as the renovation game had become too time demanding albeit addictive. Jax joined forces with an international furniture manufacturing company providing display home furniture as well as furniture packages in Perth.
In November 2015 Jax was itching to return to the renovation game and whilst chatting with a developer friend, decided to follow her heart and venture back into her initial chosen field – interior design.
The company provide services such as interior design, home staging and styling for both the residential and commercial markets. A further addition of corporate events came at a slightly later stage when Jax was consistently asked to assist with corporate functions.
In April 2016, The Stage House Co. was established, and it did not take long for the company to become a strong competitor providing massive value to the Perth property market. Being a stager for homes and an interior designer allowed for the smooth transition.
